1. I'm an international customer, what happens if my package is
stolen? Coast City Styles will no longer be held accountable or responsible
in any way, shape or form for the loss of international orders. We are sorry
but when an order is shipped internationally, we are unable to track or monitor
it's movements. It is beyond our sphere of influence. Even the Watcher is unable
to find things once they leave the country. Maybe those greedy big headed
guardians are hoarding them. Due to this reason, we no longer ship
internationally.
2.I like my girls thick. Why
don’t you have any shirts that a playa like me can hook up my hoemegirls with!
A shamwow provides better coverage than your womens shirts. Whya are they all
so small?
Our women's shirts are small cut. It's called a "Junior" fit.
Don't blame us. The manufacturers watch too much Americas top model and don’t
believe that the average woman is bigger than a pencil. We want your money as
much as anything but it's just out of our hands! Blame the manufacturers.
3. How do I send stuff back to you that I don't want because I wasn't
smart enough to click on the frakkin picture to see the larger version of the
image which if I would have looked at I would have noticed that it doesn't fit
my fat butt that I thought was the same size I had in highschool!? And will I
be charged because I'm a cheap skate and I'm not interested in getting a
Masters Degree so I can earn more money?
Yes you can return the shirt you ordered. No problem.
We will then refund you for the item but we will hold on to $2 per item
for restocking. No, this is not a made up fee . This is to cover the additional
time and cost that go into returns. First we then have to find your order in
our system, which half the time you guys don't even include any information so
we have to act like Batman and figure out who sent us the shirt, which takes us
another 3-5 frakkin minutes.
Then we have to put it away as well as refund your card which we are
still charged for.
4. Do you ship to anywhere else other than the US?
No, due to non delivery issues, and the inability to track items
overseas, we no longer ship outside the US.
If you want to pay via Paypal or have a US credit card, just place the
order online and choose the correct payment method.
5. Do you accept Money Orders?
Yes we do! Please email the shirts you are looking to buy and we will
send you an invoice with payment instructions.
Go ahead and pick which shirts you want, enter them on the web site in
our shopping cart. That will tell you what the shipping and handling will be.
Then Email Us with what you are ordering, so we can pull them off of the
shelves immediately. Your order will then be held for 10 days until your check
arrives. Be sure to include shipping and handling in the money order. If the
money order does not arrive, then the shirts go back on the shelf.
6. What are the shirts made of? Are they cotton? Do they Shrink?
The shirts are 100% preshrunk cotton. However, we advise washing in cold
water to always be safe
7. If I want to replace or exchange a shirt, will I be charged?
Yes, there is a $2 restocking fee on top of you paying for us to have to
ship out another shirt that fits you better because you thought you were
skinnier than you really are.
8. Can we return a shirt if we don't like the color or it doesn't fit,
or can we exchange it for another shirt?
Yes, you can return your items and we will refund you the price of the
shirt, minus the shipping cost. If you wish to exchange the shirt for another
we can do that too, we would just charge you the price for shipping the second
shirt out to you once we receive the original shirt.
9. How do I take care of my new Coast City Styles shirts so they will
last?
We suggest turning the shirts inside out and washing them in gentle cycle
in cold water. Some of the specialty shirts like the Superman Metalix and the
High Density shirts should be hand washed if you want them to last longer.
10. Who would win in a fight between Batman and Superman?
Batman would win. I don’t see why this is even a question. Yes, Superman
is stronger, but Batman is smarter. Batman is the type who isn’t afraid to
punch you in the junk or give you a purple-kryptonite- nurple. Superman
couldn’t continue the fight if his hair was messed up.
11. What are the exact measurements?
Some variance occurs since the shirts come from many different
manufacturers. The following however is a general guideline. Previous customers
have told us that shirts run true to size.

If we have anything smaller, say for an infant or toddler, there will be
details as to the size when you click on the size you want.
12. What if I want to exchange the shirt for another size?
If we send you the wrong size, than we will correct it by sending you the
correct size, with a postage paid return envelope for the incorrect shirt. IF
IT WASN'T our mistake, and you ordered the wrong size, then we'd be happy to
send you out the correct size, and charge your card for the shirt and shipping
and handling. Then once you return the unwashed and unworn shirt that wasn't
the right size, we will credit your card just the amount of the shirt.
13. What if I wear the shirt and I then change my mind & want to
return it?
If you wear the shirt... you buy it. If you wash the shirt... then you
buy it. Trying on the shirt to see if it fits is not considered "being
worn". If you return a shirt to us that has been obviously worn and/or
washed, we will send it back to you and charge your card for shipping.
14. What if I don't have a credit card?
You can e-mail us what shirts you want, making sure to check the site to
see if the shirt is in stock in the size that you want. Then we will send you a
confirmation email, giving you the total amount, including the shipping. You can
then send us a money order. We will set aside your order until we receive your
money order.
15 Are you getting more sizes of shirts? I have visited your site
several times but I do not see the size that I want. What's the deal?
Yes, we have new orders of shirts & other stuff coming in all the
time. We try our best to get all the sizes we can in all the shirts in stock,
but sometimes they are not available so we put up on the site all that we have
until we get more shirts. We do not make the shirts ourselves, and
unfortunately our suppliers do not always make all the shirts in all sizes.
